Ingredients:

Chopped coriander leaves

Urad Dal

|
Instructions:
- Grind green chillies, coriander leaves and ginger by adding little water into a smooth paste in a blender.Heat Oil in a pan. Add mustard, urad dal and red chillies. Fry till urad dal turns golden colour.
- Add onions and fry till turn translucent. Add roasted peanuts.
- Add grind-ed mixture and allow it to cook for 5 mins in medium flame till raw smell goes off. Switch of the stove and add rice and salt.Mix well
Tips:
- Adjust chillies to your taste.
- Adding roasted peanuts is optional.
- Roasted peanuts can be replaced with roasted cashews.
