Ingredients:
Oil

Shredded coconut

Shredded carrot

1/4 Cup

Coriander leaves chopped

1/4 Cup

Butter

4 tsp

- Heat dosa tava in medium flame. When dosa tava is hot, take half cup of dosa batter and spread evenly starting from centre. Pour 1 tsp of Oil on dosa circumference. When dosa is half cooked, spread 1 tsp of red chutney and place 1/4 Cup of potato masala in centre of dosa. Close the dosa tava with lid. Cook for a minute.
- Carefully remove the dosa from stove. Spread coconut, carrot and coriander leaves around potata masala. Top the potato masala with 1 tsp butter. Repeat the process for remaining dosa. Enjoy masala dosa with coconut chutney.
