Tips:
Cardamom can be replaced with cardamom powder. It is optional to add cardamom.
Instead of adding 2.5 cups of milk, we can add 1 cup milk and 1.5 cup water.

- Heat Ghee in a pan. Add cashews and cardamom. when cashews starts to turn golden colour, add raisins. Fry for 20 -30 secs till raisins become fluffy. Remove cashews, cardamom and raisins from pan.
- In the same pan add vermicelli and fry till it turns golden colour.
- Add 2.5 cups of milk and allow it to boil. Check whether vermicelli is cooked. Once vermicelli is cooked, add sugar and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove from stove. Lastly garnish with roasted cashews, raisins and cardamom.

Easy and fuss few dessert and its so common in south India na? but nevertheless we cannot get bored with this payasam :) i still enjoy it
