Ingredients:

Spinach tightly packed | 2 Cups |
Green chillies | 3 |
Coriander leaves | 2 stalks |
Mint Leaves | 10 |

Cooked Basmati Rice | 2 Cups |
Oil | 1 tbsp |
Cloves | 2 |
Cinnamon stick | 1 inch |
Cardamom | 1 |
Fennel seeds | 1 tsp |
Ginger and garlic finely chopped | 1 tbsp |
Onions chopped lengthwise | 1/2 Cup |
Salt | As needed |
Turmeric powder | 1/4 tsp |
Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Instructions:
- Wash spinach, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Grind it into smooth paste by adding enough water.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom and fennel seeds. After a min, add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Fry till raw smell goes off.
- Add onions and fry till they turn translucent. Add grind-ed mixture.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and fry till raw smell goes off. Mix with cooked basmati rice.
