Stuffed Savory Bun Indian style

Stuffed Savory Bun
Stuffed Savoury bun is my hubby's favourite snacks before marriage when he was staying in Bangalore. He won't miss to have a pit stop at a nearby bakery to relish this bun. Since then we moved out of Bangalore  he is carving for this bun. So I thought of replicating the same. The best thing about the home-made stuffed buns is we can choose our favourite stuffing. As paneer is my favourite, I used it as one of the main ingredient. Please check below for step by step instructions and pictures for preparing Indian Style Stuffed Savory Bun.

Tips:
Luke warm water should be used for preparing the dough. If hot water is used, then yeast will die.
Salt is added at two places for stuffing. one while marinating paneer and other while frying capsicum. So carefully adjust salt according to your taste.
Adjust chilli powder and pepper to your taste.
Brush the stuffed balls with egg white or milk before baking to get golden crust.
