Atta | whole wheat flour | 1/2 Cup |
Semolina | Sooji | 3 tbsp |
Baking powder | 1/2 tsp |
Ghee | 1/2 Cup |
Almonds | For Garnishing |

Sugar | 1/4 Cup |
Cardamom | 1 |
Pistachio(Optional) | 1 tsp |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300 F. Grease the baking pan with butter. Grind sugar, cardamom and pistachio to smooth powder. Take Atta, sooji and baking powder in a big bowl.
- Mix ground sugar mixture to atta bowl. Slowly add ghee and make a soft dough.
- Take a fraction of a dough and make a ball the size of a medium lemon. Flatten the balls slightly and arrange it in baking pan leaving 2 inch gap. Garnish with almonds. Bake in oven for 25 mins or until the edges are golden.

- Immediately after removing from oven, the biscuits will be soft. Leave it in the baking pan for 15 mins till the biscuits cool and turn firm.
- Ghee consumption depends on the atta flour brand.
- Cashews can also be used for garnishing.
- Adding pistachio is optional.
