Baking a plum cake is my long time desire and I really love this cake a lot. Actual cake preparation starts one month before Christmas. Dry fruit and nuts are soaked in alcohol for one month. I have replaced alcohol with Orange juice. Below cake doesn't require any soaking time. Dried fruits and nuts are cooked in orange juice for few minutes before adding it to cake batter.
