Yields : 1/3 Cup
- Dry roast channa dal to golden brown colour. Dry roast urad dal separately to golden colour. Dry roast shredded coconut to golden colour till the moisture is lost.
- Mix all the ingredients and blend to a coarse powder.
Adjust chillies to your taste.
Shelf life of this powder is one week.
Shredded coconut can be replaced with store bought dry coconut powder.
