Paneer Bhurji

Paneer is  Indian cottage cheese. Paneer bhurji is a simple dry curry prepared as a side dish to chapati or roti. Paneer burji also goes well with curd rice.  I had some fresh home made paneer left after preparing paneer paratha, so prepared this quick and easy side dish for chapati.
