Ingredients:

Granny smith apples cubed

1 Cup

Desiccated Coconut
|
2 tbsp
|
Pottu Kadalai
|
2 tbsp
|
Coriander leaves
|
1 stalk
|
Green chilly
|

|
Salt
| |
Ginger chopped
|
1 tsp
|
Instructions:
- Peel the outer skin of apple and remove the seeds. Cube the granny smith apples.
- Grind all the ingredients under "To Grind" Table.
- Heat Oil in the pan and add mustard, Red chilly, urad dhal and curry leaves. Fry till Urad dal turns golden colour.
- Remove from stove and add it to the chutney.
Tips:
Choose granny smith apple for best results
Adjust green chilly to your taste.
