Yields :                         10 Laddu

Ingredients:
Mung dal | Pasi paruppu  
1 Cup
Sugar
1 Cup
Ghee
As needed

Instructions:
  • Dry roast yellow mung dal to golden brown. Remove from stove.

  •  Allow it to cool and grind it to fine powder in a blender. Powder sugar and mix it to mung dal powder.

  •   Heat ghee in a pan. Add hot ghee little by little till the powders hold together.

  •  Shape into small balls of lemon size by holding it in hand as shown below and place the laddu's in a tray.

Tips:
Store it in air tight container for a week.
