Ragi Chocolate Laddu | Finger millet Chocolate urundai
Finger Millet is known as Ragi or Kelvaragu in Tamil. Finger millets are rich in iron, calcium and fiber. Ragi porridge is given to toddlers in India. My elder one doesn't like ragi flavor. So I added chocolate to this laddu. Adding cocoa powder and vanilla essence reduces the flavor from Ragi. It makes an excellent school snacks box recipe. It can be prepared within 20 mins.
