Spinach Toor Dhal curry is highly nutritious. Spinach is rich in iron. This simple south indian spinach dhal curry is prepared by grinding dhal and other spices. Instructions:
- Coarsely grind all the ingredients from table 1.
- Wash and chop spinach leaves.Heat oil in the pan and add mustard.When they splutter add green leaves and saute for 2 mins.
- Add the ground mixture got from table 1. Mix well .Add 1.5 cup of water and cook it in medium flame till the raw smell goes off.
