Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Muffins are my kid's favourite. I love to play with different ingredients everytime I prepare muffins for my kid. I have already posted Chocolate MuffinsStrawberry Banana MuffinsEggless Mango Chocochips Muffins and Vegan Choco Chip Muffins. This vegan banana chocolate chip muffins is adapted from library book. Please check below for step by step instructions and pictures for preparing egg-less, butter-less Banana chocolate chips muffins.

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 25 mins
Ready in : 30 mins
Yields: 6 Large Muffins


Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:
Ripe Bananas Mashed
1 Cup
All purpose flour / Maida 
1 Cup
Baking powder
1.5 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Quick oats
1/4 Cup
Brown sugar 
1/3 cup
Chocolate chips
1/3 Cup
Canola Oil
1/4 Cup

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 F.Prepare the muffin tray with liners.Add all dry ingredients  - flour, baking powder,salt, quick oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips in a large bowl. Mix well.

  •  Add the mashed bananas and canola oil. Don't over mix the ingredients.

  • Fill the muffin cups with batter.Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 mins or until a tooth pick inserted into the center of cake come out clean.Remove from oven, transfer it to cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.

Tips:
Don't over mix the ingredients
Use the middle rack of oven for baking.
