Mango Halwa

Mango is my all time favourite. Nowadays I am finding lot of Mango pulp bottles in Indian Grocery store. Mango Halwa is a quick easy Indian sweet. Only three ingredients are needed for preparing this Mango Halwa. I had some leftover mango pulp after preparing Eggless Mango Chocochips Muffins and Mango Popsicle - Kuchi ice, so prepared this quick sweet with it. Please check below for step by step instructions and pictures for preparing Indian Sweet Mango Halwa - Mambazha Halwa.





Cook Time: 25 mins
Yields: 5 Servings
Mango Halwa

Ingredients:
Mango Pulp
1.5 Cups
Sweetened Condensed Milk 
6 tbsp
Roasted Pistachios
For Garnishing

Instructions:
  • Pour Mango pulp in a non-stick pan. Add sweetened condensed milk and cook in medium flame.

  • Stir it continuously in medium flame, till mango pulp and condensed milk binds together and the mixture starts to leave the pan.

  • switch off the stove. Allow it to cool. Garnish with roasted pistachios before servings.

Tips:
If pistachios are not available, garnish with roasted cashews.
Cook the halwa in medium and low flame for best results.
Non-stick pan makes the process less messy and also continuously stir the halwa while cooking.
