Ingredients:
Mango Pulp

1.5 Cups
|
Sweetened Condensed Milk
|
6 tbsp
|
Roasted Pistachios
|
For Garnishing
|
Instructions:
- Pour Mango pulp in a non-stick pan. Add sweetened condensed milk and cook in medium flame.
- Stir it continuously in medium flame, till mango pulp and condensed milk binds together and the mixture starts to leave the pan.
- switch off the stove. Allow it to cool. Garnish with roasted pistachios before servings.
Tips:
If pistachios are not available, garnish with roasted cashews.
Cook the halwa in medium and low flame for best results.
Non-stick pan makes the process less messy and also continuously stir the halwa while cooking.
