Muttai Biryani / Egg Biryani / South Indian Egg Biryani / Egg Biryani without using biryani powder /
Tips:
- Adjust green chillies and chilli powder to your taste.
- Cut the hard boil eggs into two halves instead of quartering eggs, if it is difficult to marinate and fry the quartered eggs.
- Finely chopped ginger and garlic can be replaced with ginger garlic paste.
- Eggs contains some salt, so add salt accordingly for marination.
Delicious and flavorful biryani...
ReplyDeleteI never tried the way the eggs are added. For me I just boil and add in. Its lovely how you fried the eggs with the spices. combined and cooked with the rest. Chicken briyani will take a rain check over this flavorful egg version.
