Boondi Raita is a yogurt based accompaniment mixed with fried besan flour balls. Boondi is prepared from besan flour. Boondi is easily available in lot of Indian groceries. I have already posted boondi recipe. Boondi Raita. is usually served as a side dish to Pulao, Biryani and Indian breads.  Other raita's you might be interested are Carrot Raita, Onion Raita, Okra Raita and Mint coriander Raita. Yields : 4 Servings
Boondi Raita

Ingredients:
Yogurt / curd
2 Cups
Boondi
1/2 Cup
Cumin powder
1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder
1 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 
2 stalk
Salt




Instructions:
  • Whisk yogurt in a bowl. Mix Boondi, Cumin powder, Red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt.  Adjust salt and red chilli powder to your taste.
