Yields: 4 Sandwich
Ingredients:
Bread slices | 8 |
Green Chutney | 1/2 Cup |
Onion Slices | 1/4 Cup |
Tomato Slices | 8 |
Boiled and mashed potatoes | 4 |
Salt | As needed |
Turmeric powder | 1/4 tsp |
Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Instructions:
- Mix salt, turmeric powder coriander powder and chilli powder to the mashed boiled potatoes. Mix well and keep it ready.
- Take 2 bread slices. Apply green chutney on one side of the slice. Place the potatoes followed by onions slices and tomato slices on one slice. Close it with second bread slice.
- Cook in the sandwich maker and serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney
Oil Free Potato Sandwich
Tips:
Cucumber slices, grated carrots and grated beetroots can also be added to this sandwich.
Adjust chilli powder to your taste.
