Mooli Paratha is a North Indian flat bread prepared by stuffing radish and other masala items. Whole wheat flour or atta is used in the preparation of flat bread. Paratha is prepared by flattening the atta balls and stuff any chosen vegetable masala in the middle and the the flat bread is closed around the stuffing as an envelope. Mooli Paratha can be served as Dinner or tiffin. It is served with curd and pickle or a simple raita.
